The Role
You will lead multiple drainage crews delivering stormwater, water mains and sewer works. Drive safety, quality and on-time delivery while coordinating with PMs, subcontractors and suppliers.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and resource multiple crews
- Keep programs to time/spec
- Run toolbox talks & inductions
- Maintain WHS and environmental compliance
- Read/interpret civil plans
What You'll Bring
- Ideally 3–5+ yrs as Foreman (drainage)
- Proven stormwater/water/sewer experience
- Strong leadership & communication
- White Card; driver's licence (MR/HR a plus)
- Relevant plant tickets (highly regarded)
