30acres is seeking an energetic, intelligent, diligent and proactive digital marketing strategist to actively work with our experienced digital team, to drive outstanding performance across our portfolio of clients.
You'll have a proven track record in generating excellent client results and client communication. Ideally with solid experience in B2C branding, eCommerce, customer acquisition, marketing automation, lead generation and revenue generation, from a range of digital marketing channels and media platforms. You're also fiercely commercial, able to discern the right opportunities to grow agency revenue in turn with client performance.
You like staying hands on and driving success via advanced and sophisticated digital marketing platforms, from Shopify campaign management, ad platforms (FB/ Google/ Pinterest etc), marketing automation platforms (eg. Klaviyo) to strategic implementation of Loyalty programs. You embrace complex challenges, adopting new tools, you're self-starting, and also comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where constant testing and learning forms the foundations of what you do.

**Key responsibilities**
- Account management, planning & strategy: Work with clients to determine their goals, KPI's, expectations and resources available to build out a digital marketing strategy and develop project plans based support required to execute that strategy
- Collaboration: Work with SEO, Content, Creative and Paid Media Campaigns teams to develop fully integrated campaign strategies for clients
- Work with campaign managers to integrate digital and social media strategies into a wider campaign strategy and broader digital activations
- Creative direction, UX and content creation: Work closely with the designers and content producers to ensure all content utilises industry standard formats, and is optimized for Paid Media or brief and consult content creators on client side
- Provide marketing, social and digital strategy thought leadership on the role of these channels in an integrated marketing model for both branding and direct response
- Research & reporting: Provide reporting and analysis of results, including forward-looking recommendations directly related to insights and objectives
- Develop strategic testing programmes and work with technical teams to implement
- Feed the agency with cultural insights, industry developments, technology innovations, & trend forecasting
- Ability to brainstorm and strategise initiatives based on client goals
- Strong project management skills to manage project and campaign planning across teams and manage project scope.
- Hands on experience running a wide range of media campaigns across Google Adwords, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and programmatic media
- Hands on experience using a marketing automation platform
- Strong technical competency and ability to learn new systems and work with technology teams
- Great at writing creative briefs for designers and content producers to create digital ad creative
- Great communication skills - can discuss media elegantly and correctly to clients and colleagues and distil complex information down to something inexperienced clients will understand
- Deep analytical abilities, specifically with respect to campaign performance and experiment design and analysis
- Strong Google Analytics & reporting skills
- Copywriting experience for ad copy and client reports
- Professional and experienced in working under pressure
- Advanced Excel skills (pivots etc)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced working environment
