Forklift Service Engineer Apprentice Role
This apprenticeship combines work experience with formal education to develop the skills and knowledge required to service, maintain and repair forklift trucks and other material handling equipment.
As an apprentice, you will be working in one of our centres or at one of our customer's sites, as part of our service team. You will shadow and work with your mentor and the team to understand materials handling equipment.
* Learn about the trucks, how they work and how to fix them through on-the-job training and block weeks at college.
* Develop your communication and IT skills, as well as your willingness to learn and interest in engineering.

Benefits
This role offers a 3-year programme combining college and workplace learning. The apprentice will be working towards a Lift Truck and Powered Access Engineering Level 3 qualification.
You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, including shadowing and working with your mentor and the team to understand materials handling equipment.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in a real-world setting, while also achieving a nationally recognised qualification.
Training
Block release training to Stephenson College, Coalville, On-the-job training, Off-the-Job training, The apprentice will be working towards a Lift Truck and Powered Access Engineering Level 3 qualification.
