This position leads the Administration Relief Pool, ensuring high-quality administrative coverage, staff capability, and smooth day-to-day service delivery across the hospital
Your new role:
In this leadership-focused administration position, you will coordinate people, processes, and systems to keep hospital support services running efficiently and reliably.
* Supervise and manage the Administration Relief Pool, including rostering, relief coverage, onboarding, training and development
* Coordinate daily operations and resources to ensure effective and continuous administrative support services
* Lead recruitment, performance management, payroll processing, reporting and compliance activities
* Drive service improvements, manage risks, and contribute to leadership initiatives that enhance quality, customer service and team performance
About you:
You are an experienced and confident administration professional who leads with clarity, fairness and sound judgement in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
* Demonstrated experience in staff supervision, recruitment, performance management and roster coordination
* Strong decision-making skills with the ability to analyse information and prioritise competing demands
* Experience working in a hospital or complex service environment, with knowledge of relevant systems and processes
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to train, support and influence a multidisciplinary workforce
