Job Description:
This is a critical leadership role responsible for aligning business and sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and mentoring a high-performing team.
The National Sales Manager will lead the ANZ sales division for a well-established medical consumables business.
* Manage the ANZ sales department to align business and sales strategies.
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7 sales professionals across Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists.
* Conduct regular co-travels to support and mentor team members in the field.
* Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite level clients.
* Negotiate customer contracts in partnership with Territory Sales Managers.
* Prepare and deliver customer business proposals aligned with company goals.
* Strategically manage pricing to ensure target margins are maintained.
* Analyse and report on sales data to inform decision-making and drive performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong background in medical consumables sales and leadership experience is essential.
* Proven track record in sales leadership and team management.
* Hands-on managers with a great attitude, strong leadership skills, and solid industry knowledge will thrive in this family-owned company that values initiative, collaboration, and long-term growth.

Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary range of $175k-185k + 21k car allowance + Super+ Comms (approx 50k) + Bonus.
