About the Business

Our client is a leading provider of access solutions, currently expanding their footprint with a new hub based in Brisbane. They pride themselves on a safety-first culture and a methodical, solutions-focused approach to complex construction challenges.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a resilient and driven Sales Representative to join their Scaffolding Division. This is primarily a road-based role where you will be the face of the business. Your core objective is clear: generate new business with contractors, builders, and construction companies while nurturing strong relationships with our existing client base. You will be instrumental in driving the growth of this division.

Key Responsibilities
* Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new opportunities within the residential, commercial, and industrial construction sectors.
* Account Management: Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
* Technical Consulting: Interpret construction drawings and propose appropriate steel and aluminium scaffolding solutions.
* Sales Administration: Utilise Excel and Outlook to manage quotes, track targets, and communicate effectively with operations.
About You

To be successful in this role, you must have a \"hunter\" mindset combined with genuine technical understanding. You aren't just selling a product; you are selling a safety solution.

Must-Haves
* Product Knowledge: You must have demonstrated knowledge of Steel and Aluminium scaffold components.
* Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, specifically within the construction or trade industries.
* Technical Ability: Demonstrated skill in interpreting construction drawings/plans.
* Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
