Timezone Mandurah is opening its doors later this year, and we're looking for an Assistant Venue Manager who's ready to help shape the vibe from day one! What's the role?
As the Assistant Venue Manager at the upcoming BRAND-NEW Timezone venue in Mandurah, you'll be the right hand to the Venue Manager and a key player in the success of our brand-recent venue. You'll lead by example, support your team, and help create a space where guests come to play, celebrate, and make memories.
You'll:
Support day-to-day operations across a multi-faceted entertainment venue
Lead and motivate a passionate team
Deliver exceptional guest experiences with every interaction
Help manage bookings, business performance, and team development
Be a culture champion, living our values every day
Who are you?
You're someone who:
Holds a valid WWCC and First Aid/CPR certificates (or is ready to get them)
Has leadership experience in hospitality or entertainment venues
Thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environments
Builds strong relationships with guests and team members alike
Learns quickly and understands the business side of venue management
