As a Business Support Officer, you will utilise your administrative expertise to provide support and advice to the branch. This is an opportunity to work with a high-performing team in the public service.

Key duties include:
* Providing procurement advice and services including purchasing office requisites, raising purchase orders and ensuring adherence to procurement governance guidelines
* Managing records in accordance with retention and disposal authority and departmental guidelines
* Providing delivery and advice on finance functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reporting, analysis and reconciliations
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Demonstrated knowledge of government financial policies and guidelines including procurement
* Proven experience in Finance and administrative functions, including maintenance of administrative systems and procedures
* Ability to remain polite, professional and considerate in dealing with others while being aware of people's moods and temperament
Previous experience in government is desirable.
