We are seeking an individual to assist with the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless onboarding and mobilisation experience across multiple sites nationwide.
* Coordinate pre-employment checks, including medicals, police clearances and reference checks.
* Assist with the onboarding/mobilisation process and provide support for new starters.
To excel in this role you will need:
* Excellent interpersonal skills and organisational capabilities.
* Possess high-level communication written oral skills and refined time-management abilities.
* Demonstrate autonomy self-driven integrity confidentiality knowledge of the mining industry as advantageous but not essential for success.
