Location: South of the River, Perth
Salary: $150K – $180K + Super
As a Lead Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a pivotal role in some of Perth's largest subdivision projects. Working within the Procurement team, you'll ensure accurate cost planning and quantity estimation across a wide range of business initiatives. This position presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional ready to step into a leadership role, guiding the function while reporting directly to the Head of Procurement.
Key responsibilities
* Preparing cost plans, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and detailed estimates
* Reviewing subcontractor pricing and supporting procurement activities
* Monitoring project budgets, variations, and preparing financial reports
* Collaborating closely with project teams to maintain effective cost control
* Providing clear, reliable, and timely cost advice
* Offering guidance and mentorship to junior surveyors within the team
What You'll bring
* Proven Quantity Surveying experience in the WA market
* Skilled in cost planning and contract financial management
* Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
* Must have strong attention to details and organised
* Full Australian working rights & Perth-based experience
