Community Physiotherapist (East, South-East & Surrounds)
Full-time, part-time or contractor, ongoing positions based across Melbourne's East and South-East suburbs.
Role
Provide one-to-one physiotherapy in clients' homes to keep them moving, confident, and connected. Work closely with a proactive admin team and a multidisciplinary group of clinicians. Enjoy regular development sessions and mentoring in a culture that values care, connection, and excellence.
What You'll Do
* Complete thorough assessments and craft individualized treatment plans.
* Deliver hands‐on therapy for mobility, strength, pain, and falls prevention.
* Coach and empower clients and families to manage health at home.
* Collaborate with OTs, support coordinators, GPs, and case managers.
* Keep clear, timely clinical documentation.
What You'll Bring
* AHPRA‐registered Physiotherapist.
* Based in or near Melbourne's East or South-East, with a current driver's licence.
* Confident working independently in the community, with strong communication and clinical reasoning skills.
* Experience with older adults, NDIS or Home Care Packages (highly regarded).
* A genuine passion for person‐centred, holistic care.
