The Prospect
As an Administration Assistant, you will be a key player in enabling Kelly+Partners' next phase of growth. The successful applicant will become an integral part of the broader team and will ideally have at least 2 years' experience in a similar position.
Position Responsibilities
* Reception duties, including greeting clients and answering phones.
* Database management.
* Onboarding of new clients into our system.
* Supporting Partners in administrative duties.
* Company and trust setups.
* ASIC and ATO lodgements.
About You
* Proficient in the use of MS Outlook and Word.
* 2+ years of Administration Assistant experience.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Solid organisational skills and a keen level of attention to detail.
* Committed to providing exceptional service to our clients.
* The ability to work in a team and independently.
