RESPONSIBILTIES
- Determine software and hardware requirements to provide solutions to problems.
- Respond to customer enquiries and diagnose software and hardware problems in store and remotely.
- Diagnose, repair and/or replacement of various component components and peripheral equipment as required to resolve customer problems
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in similar role preferably in retail sector.
- An IT related qualification.
- High level of understanding of applicable devices and programs such as android/iOS devices, laptops, printers, Windows, Office 365, network equipment, POS equipment.
- Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience with ticketing systems.
- Strong and fluid communication skills.
- Retail Sector Experience a plus.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment.
- Demonstrate a high degree of professional care, accuracy, and high attention to detail.
- Be highly organised with good time management skills.
- Full working rights.
- Demonstrated committed to ongoing learning and/or development to maintain up to date knowledge on computer and mobile devices and their support.
- Demonstrated organisational skills including the ability to work to deadlines.
- The ability to work autonomously, effectively managing workload without continual guidance.
Pay: $74,000.00 per year
