What Will You Do
Oversee and support the management of our F&B operations, including event day and non event day activities, and ensuring seamless execution
Ensure prompt and efficient service delivery for our guests, adhering to predetermined standards and procedures to provide an exceptional guest experience
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance guest experiences, identify revenue opportunities, and position Marvel Stadium as a market leader
Uphold and maintain the highest customer service standards, adhering to protocols and ensuring exceptional service levels at all times
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth
More About You
Proven leadership experience within a large scale hospitality environment
Ability to mentor, train, and develop a team of hospitality professionals
Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding service, adaptability in fast-paced environments, and a commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as event schedules dictate
Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
