**About the Home**
A contemporary care home built on two hectares of land, set in a quiet suburb of Glenvale, just 5kms west of the Toowoomba town centre. It consists of 124 beds, a with various care units such as dementia, respite, and palliative. Our primary goal is placing our focus on the health, lifestyle and well-being of our residents.
**About the Role**
As a Carer, you will make a positive impact to the lives of our residents with your compassionate and supportive approach. You will deliver the highest quality person-first care in line with individual care plans. You will be part of a supportive, collaborative, and caring team. In addition, you will have opportunities to develop and learn on an ongoing basis including the chance to transfer across care homes. We all share the same purpose at Bupa Aged Care. **Skills and Experience**
- Minimum of a Cert III in an Aged Care, individual support, disability support or home and community care
- No previous experience required, just a passion for caring for the elderly!
