Responsibilities
- Travel to client sites to provide technical support and maintenance services
- Diagnose and repair equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and software issues
- Provide training and support to end-users on equipment operation and maintenance
- Install and configure new equipment and software
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and equipment inventory
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve technical issues
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Carpenter, preferably in a maintenance or facilities management role
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn individual who wants to expand their career with the team
- Strong knowledge of construction and maintenance techniques
- Excellent problem solving skills, with the ability to adapt to a diverse range of problems
- Ability to work independently or within a team environment
- Must have a valid drivers licence
- Preferred if you have White Card, Silica Awareness Card, Working with Vulnerable People Check and a valid Police Check
- Qualified or just about to receive certification in Carpentry
