Core collaboration hours are 10am–2pm, with flexibility around that.
I'm working exclusively with a rapidly scaling SaaS platform operating in high-stakes, real-world environments. Changes affect live production workflows. Rework is expensive. Ambiguity is dangerous.
This isn't a "take notes in meetings and write fluffy user stories" BA role.
This is a
clarity role
. Tight collaboration with engineering, QA, and exec.
What You'll Be Doing
* Turning messy feature ideas into structured, build-ready requirements
* Interrogating assumptions (yes, even from senior stakeholders)
* Defining
exactly
what's in scope and what isn't
* Writing acceptance criteria that leave no room for interpretation
* Mapping workflows, states, permissions, edge cases and downstream impact
* Flagging regression-sensitive areas before development begins
* Supporting release readiness for production-critical changes

Requirements must account for:
* Downstream impact
* Data integrity
* Regression risk
* Operational safety
* Release verification
If you've worked around complex systems especially in regulated or operationally sensitive environments, you'll understand why that matters.
What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months)
* Fewer "that's not what we meant" moments
* Reduced mid-build reinterpretation
* Developers and QA clear on what to build, what to test, and what not to build
* Fewer production issues traced back to ambiguous requirements
