Account Growth Manager Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Growth Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders in a matrix organization. They will also have a deep understanding of ecosystem landscape and how to collaborate with partners to drive business value.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Execute sales strategy and drive performance and customer success in assigned set of accounts – retaining and growing bookings through partnerships
* Apply knowledge of use cases and strategic offering value proposition to win new business and identify opportunities to drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewals across portfolio, deepening penetration within accounts
* Collaborate with partner ecosystem team to drive customer engagement, aligning use cases to client needs and developing solutions with partners that deliver business value
* Provide continuity and account expertise to sales team for accounts, driving sales performance and positioning company as a strategic partner
* Collaborate with sales team to achieve success together within territory
* Collaborate with partners and customer success team to understand how customers derive value from solutions, support expansion/retention, and ensure customers meet success criteria outlined in Value/Success Plan
