As a Clinical Research Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and quality of clinical trials. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct on-site and remote monitoring of clinical research studies to ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice and regulatory requirements.
You will develop and implement tools, procedures, and processes to ensure quality monitoring, including monitoring plans, checklists, and templates. Additionally, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and delivery of programs and policies, such as developing standard operating procedures and training materials.
Another key aspect of this role is managing defined components of projects or processes within your area of responsibility, including coordinating site visits, tracking study progress, and resolving issues. You will also ensure accurate and timely documentation of monitoring activities and findings.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial in this position, as you will work with investigators, site staff, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth study conduct.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
* Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in clinical research monitoring.
* Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in using clinical trial management systems and other relevant software.
