Assistant Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our store.


About the Job

This includes:

* Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
* Assisting with team training and development to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Rostering and managing stock levels to meet the needs of our customers.
* Preparing and submitting reports as required by management.
* Ensuring adherence to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.


About You & Your Skills

We are looking for a candidate with:

* Leadership experience in a retail or hospitality capacity.
* A passion for driving their own career and the careers of others forward.
* Well-developed and professional communication skills.
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and training to others.
* The ability to adapt to change and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
* A strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* A strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

* A valid Australian work visa.
* A current police clearance certificate.
