We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Counter Manager to lead, coach and develop our team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service and operational targets. Candidates should have proven leadership, coaching and business management skills gained in a fast paced retail environment. Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and develop the team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
* Create and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, in-store events, and effective customer relationship management.
* Provide leadership and guidance to build a high performing team and maintain accountability for results.
* Contribute to the store's overall success and long-term career development within the beauty industry.

* Retail sales experience; team leadership.
* Degree of experience dependent on business/store size.

* Working knowledge of a computerised system including email and Microsoft Excel.
