What You'll Be Doing
* Research and identify prospects (decision‐makers, eCommerce, and digital marketing leads).
* Build and qualify prospect lists using LinkedIn, business databases, and online research.
* Support outreach campaigns: preparing lists, intro materials, and tracking follow‐ups in the CRM.
* Provide administrative support to the Founder and BD team.
* Assist with presentations, proposals, and reporting tailored for Japanese and global prospects.
* Help refine lead qualification processes and suggest improvements to outreach strategies.
* Maintain well‐organised prospect and activity records.
Requirements
* Must be based in Japan with ability to work remotely.
* Proficiency in English.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and balance both prospecting and admin responsibilities.
* Proactive, detail‐driven, and adaptable in a fast‐paced environment.
* Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and productivity tools.
* Prior experience in business development support, sales coordination, or executive assistance is an advantage.
