Project Development Manager Role
CJC Management is seeking a skilled Project Development Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale solar farm project in regional NSW.
This full-time employed position offers the chance to play a key role in one of NSW's major renewable energy developments, with a focus on delivering outcomes safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality.
* Lead day-to-day management of the solar farm project from mobilisation through delivery, ensuring seamless coordination and execution across all stages.
* Manage contractors, consultants, and subcontractors effectively, overseeing their performance and compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management to ensure successful project execution.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and external partners.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and methodologies.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale infrastructure or renewable energy projects.
* Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety management, and project controls.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to drive effective team collaboration and outcomes under pressure.
* Relevant qualifications in engineering, project management, or construction management.
