We're looking for an organized and proactive Service Scheduler to support our Service team in Mayfield West.
This role is a mix of hands‐on administration and technician scheduling. You'll manage maintenance bookings, update systems, liaise with customers, and keep our field teams running on time.
If you enjoy structure, problem solving, and working in a fast-moving environment where no two days look the same, this will suit you.
Key Responsibilities Will Include
* Plan and schedule monthly Planned Maintenance visits
* Manage technician calendars and allocate work efficiently
* Provide customers with ETAs and attendance updates
* Handle reschedules, follow‐ups and recovery bookingsMaintain accurate records in ServiceMax and internal systems
* Monitor job progress and help reduce backlog
* Prepare reports and support general service administration

You'll bring experience from an administration, dispatch or scheduling environment, ideally supporting a field‐based workforce.
* Strong administrative skills and high attention to detail
* Experience coordinating bookings or technician schedules desired
* Confidence using multiple systems and service software
* Clear and professional communication skills
* The ability to juggle priorities in a busy environment
* Genuine commitment to excellence in customer service
