Sales Coordinator Position
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator to support our sales team.
This role is the first point of contact and requires delivering exceptional customer service, while providing administrative and sales function support to our territory and field sales management team.
Your Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team
* General reception and administrative duties, planning, purchasing, and customer service
* Perform the Sales Coordination function including; data management, reporting and data analysis using SAP
* Prepare tenders, quotes and contract pricing accurately
* Support, train and mentor sales teams in process-based tasks
We require someone with:
* Previous administration, reception and customer service experience
* Strong interpersonal skills when communicating with stakeholders
* High capability within Microsoft Word and Excel
* Experience working with SAP (desired)
* Ability to analyze and interpret data
* Resilience in dynamic work environments
