An understanding of the important role an independent prosecutor plays in our criminal justice system is essential. Key Responsibilities Utilise innovative legal and practice management systems, including research tools and litigation support databases, to review, analyse, and manage evidence and cases.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including partner agencies, on case-related matters. Relevant experience may include exposure to prosecutions or criminal law, work in a commercial litigation practice, or experience as a judge's associate.
