We are currently seeking talented hospitality professionals to join our team at three exceptional Bars in Melbourne. These esteemed venues offer a unique experience for guests, with a focus on wine, fine dining, and cocktails.
The Cellar is a subterranean haven that provides intimate booth seating, paying homage to the original Cole's Cafeteria. Oversized checkerboard flooring, bluestone laneway walkways, and a playful approach celebrate New Zealand's leading vineyards alongside standout Australian and international producers.
The Lodge Dining Room is an impressive fine dining destination led by Michelin-starred Executive Chef Matt Lambert and Head Chef James Evangelinos. With menus curated alongside Master Sommelier Cameron Douglas, this classic European bar offers a range of cocktails.
Mezzanine, The Member's Bar, is a moody, Art Deco-inspired retreat reserved exclusively for loyalty clientele and restaurant patrons. Guests enjoy distinctive advanced classic cocktails from the Old Bar Americano team, premium wines, and refined snacks in an elegant, club-like setting.
We are hiring now for various positions including:

* Casual Entry Level Bartenders

* Senior Bar Staff (Management)
Key Requirements
A great attitude above all, wanting to work well in a team and prioritising the furthering of your peers above all else.
Previous fine dining, luxury hotel, or cocktail bar experience is desirable but not mandatory.
Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails (with a willingness to learn from world-class mentors) is essential.
