OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to oversee and drive the technical strategy for our Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Loyalty Management platforms.The Role You Could PlayYou will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business goals while ensuring the highest level of system performance and user experience.As the Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Developer, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and enhancements, as well as ensuring the health and stability of the Salesforce platforms.
You will also provide Level 3 and Level 4 support to the business, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into effective solutions.
A key role within the enterprise, the Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Developer role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and business acumen.What you will doLead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, focusing on Service Cloud and Salesforce Loyalty ManagementManage Level 3/4 support, ensuring system stability, performance, and adherence to security, compliance, and patching standardsOversee development of customizations (Apex, Lightning, automation flows), third-party integrations, and data integrityMentor and guide team members, promoting best practices, innovation, and continuous learningCollaborate with business stakeholders and product teams to translate functional and non-functional requirements into scalable technical solutionsDrive the Salesforce technical roadmap, risk management, vendor evaluation, and system scalability planningMaintain strong communication with both technical and non-technical audiences, including external partners and vendorsApply knowledge of ITIL, SLAs, contact center operations, and customer service processes to enhance solution deliveryWhat You Will BringWe're looking for a seasoned Salesforce professional with a strong background in Service Cloud, solution architecture, and cross-functional leadership.
