Delta Facilities Management offers maintenance, construction, and project management services to a diverse range of sectors, including defence organisations, schools, offshore projects and remote resources industries. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Maintenance Operations Support Officer to join the team at our Cannon Hill Office in Brisbane.
**The Position**
- Scheduling resources across multiple sites
- Entry of Service Calls
- Entry of Timesheets
- Purchase Order Entry and Management
- Supplier/Contractor and Client Invoicing
- Goods Receiving
- Overdue Service Call management
- Collect and compile asset register information
- Generation of monthly Preventative Maintenance Work Packs
- Conduct analysis and report on Work Order activity, Trade utilisation and KPIs
- Provide system training to site users
- Assist in mobilisations - setting up maintenance offices and the required workflows
- Travel to site to fill in for site staff or mobilise new contracts
- Other ad hoc tasks as required
**The Person**
- Microsoft Office suite experience and high level of computer literacy
- Experience with database and reporting systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Team Player and able to work autonomously
- Flexible approach and attitude
- Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to travel to site as required
- Facilities maintenance experience preferable
