Restaurant Supervisor – River Quay Fish, WATERFRONT South Bank
Join our busy waterfront restaurant & bar with stunning river views! We’re seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead our FOH team and ensure smooth daily operations.
Your role includes:
- Leading & motivating the FOH team
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Managing bookings & floor operations
- Monitoring & achieving KPIs (labour, sales, customer spend, covers)
- Stock ordering & control
- Training & developing staff
- Handling customer enquiries & issues
