The Learning Innovation Strategist - Numeracy will lead the Numeracy curriculum and innovation of the Work-Related Skills portfolio across both campuses.
Reporting to the Principal, the role is responsible for shaping curriculum design and documentation across both campuses, integrating digital platforms and leveraging AI-enhanced learning to re-engage diverse learners. The role oversees program coherence and compliance, implements targeted interventions, mentors staff in high-impact, differentiated practice, and drives improvement through data, feedback and reflective cycles.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to:
- inspire teams through evidence-informed leadership and relational coaching.
- Design VCE-VM/VPC Numeracy and WRS learning sequences and maintain VCAA-ready documentation.
- Embed differentiated, trauma-informed pedagogy for neurodiverse learners.
- Leverage digital platforms and AI tools to amplify engagement.
- Lead data-informed evaluation and continuous improvement cycles.
This is a permanent full-time teaching position with a 3 year contractual position of responsibility and commencing January 2026. Eligible applicants must have the right to work in Australia and be VIT registered.
