NOW HIRING| A HR Business Partner for this growing luxury fashion group based in Alexandria. This American Fashion House is an institution - renowned globally for their approach to accessible luxury with a number of brands that sit within their fold - you will join a talented HR team focused on delivering people and culture support and projects.
Reporting to the Head of HR - you will be supported by a HR Specialist - retail recruitment, and support both corporate and retail for all brands.
This role has a key focus on talent development and management, recruitment, employee relations and industrial relations, compensation and benefits and special projects.
**To set you up for success you will need |**
- Degree qualified in relevant HR or Business discipline from a retail/wholesale background
- 5 years' experience combined across HR or TA
- Sound experience in industrial relations with strong working knowledge of industrial and employee relations.
- Very responsive and has an innate desire to help others with a focus on wellbeing
- Strategic thinker. Able to provide strategic advice, develop options, analyse risks, make good judgements, and solve problems.
- Able to develop highly effective working relationships by building credibility, respect and rapport with internal and external networks.
- Passion for people and all facets of HR
- Payroll and Time & attendance system experience (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate confidentiality.
- Creative problem-solving skills with strong business acumen and solid thought process
- Ability to interact with employees at all levels.
- Highly organized with the ability to independently manage priorities and multi-task
- Tech savvy, passion for work efficiency with a keen eye for detail
