We're looking for a strategic, design-led Shopify UX/UI Designer & Developer to design and maintain high-performing digital journeys across our global e-commerce stores.
You'll blend creative vision with technical precision, from designing elegant interfaces, building scalable systems, and ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects our premium brand experience.
This is a hands-on, in office role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings both creative and development expertise to the table.
Key Responsibilities
Create, maintain and optimise digital journeys across Shopify and API integrated platforms focus on user experience and conversion.
Design sitemap, wireframes, prototypes, and UD design system using Figma.
Scope and deliver technical development plans for website builds.
Conduct A/B testing, journey mapping, and performance analysis to inform design decisions.
Collaborate cross-functionally to champion a customer-led design approach.
Collaborate with marketing, development, and creative teams to deliver cohesive digital campaigns.
Ensure consistency in digital experience across brands, platforms, and customer touchpoints.
Migrate and transform data to Shopify and contribute UX/UI insights and assets.
Integrate third-party services (e.g. Klaviyo, appointment booking, payment gateways, inventory systems).
Conduct QA testing, browser debugging, performance optimisation and ensure code quality.
Stay current with Shopify, WordPress, and emerging tech including AI.
Must-Have Skills
5+ years' experience in Shopify development and theme customisation.
5+ years' experience in UX/UI design across responsive web and mobile platforms.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong front-end development skills: HTML, SCSS/CSS, JavaScript, Liquid, PHP.
Experience with Shopify CLI, metafields/metaobjects, and API integrations.
Skilled in user research, accessibility standards, and design systems.
Confident communicator with strong presentation and documentation skills.
Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise.
A portfolio showcasing your design thinking, user flows, and interface work.
Familiarity with business central and inventory integrations.
Familiarity with international domain management, multi-currency configurations, and cross-border order workflows.
Good to Have
Experience in beauty, wellness, or premium lifestyle brands
Familiarity with Klaviyo, GA4 and Meta Ads.
