Personal Support Worker
We are seeking an experienced Personal Support Worker to join our team. As a Personal Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of others by providing high-quality care and support.
* You will work closely with clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.
* Key responsibilities include assisting with daily activities such as showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing.
* You will also provide care in accordance with individualised Care Plans, support with community-based recreational and social activities, transportation, and assistance with shopping and appointments.
Requirements
* Aged care experience is highly regarded but not essential. What is essential is that you possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional care.
* You will be required to work independently, using your initiative to problem-solve and make decisions that align with our organisation's values and policies.
