Job Title:
A Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating human resources activities to maximize the potential of employees within the region.
Responsibilities:
* Create and maintain a positive work culture in accordance with Campbell Scientific's core values
* Lead recruitment efforts across the APAC sites
* Research best practices in recruitment and implement changes as required
* Serve as a conduit between management and employees
* Evaluate and recommend compensation packages
* Manage employee offboarding processes
* Oversee benefits programs and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in a human resources leadership role
* Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, social sciences, or relevant work experience
* 3+ years of experience leading recruiting efforts
* International recruiting knowledge a plus
* Human resources certification completion a plus
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. Occasional travel may be required to regional sites.
