About the Role
You will deliver evidence-based occupational therapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs. Your work will help older people maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence to remain living at home.

About You
* Degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration
* Demonstrated ability to assess occupational therapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community
* Post graduate experience working with in a variety of aged care services, including rehabilitation and community settings
* Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models
