Transition to Work (TtW) is a youth specialist employment initiative from the Australian Government that supports young people age 15-24 to develop practical skills to gain employment or connect with education or training.

As the Business Development Consultant - Employment Services (known internally as Employment Solutions Partner) you will be an integral part of a team that provides tailored employment‑related services to employers with the aim of sourcing employment opportunities for our job seekers.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Build Lasting Employer Relationships: Engage face‑to‑face with local employers to create a strong pipeline of opportunities fostering trust and long‑term collaboration.
- Get Moving: You are forward facing on the road and out and about in the community.
- Champion Youth Aspirations: Work closely with young people to guide them toward fulfilling employment pathways.
- Advise with Insight: Educate employers on current labour market trends, available incentives and strategic hiring opportunities to support youth employment.
- Match with Purpose: Market our talented youth to ensure precise job matching that leads to sustainable and successful outcomes.
