About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Distribution Lead to lead Kerry Food Service Brands in Australia & New Zealand. You will be responsible for developing and activating a winning commercial strategy for Kerry Brands in Australia & New Zealand. The role will focus on driving profitable growth through strong customer engagement, marketing activation, and distribution excellence across the Food & Beverage and Hospitality channels.
Key responsibilities
* Develop, lead and execute the national sales and activation plan, ensuring distribution, visibility, and brand engagement.
* Manage distributor relationships and performance, driving capability, alignment, and accountability.
* Develop and execute integrated marketing activations, including digital campaigns, tradeshows, barista and community events.
* Translate strategic priorities into actionable commercial plans with clear performance metrics.
* Partner with marketing and regional teams to deliver best-in-class execution and growth.
* Manage P&L elements related to sales and trade investments, ensuring a strong ROI mindset
Qualifications and skills
* Proven experience (10years) in distribution or channel management within F&B or Hospitality, ideally from leading companies.
* Strong background in marketing activation, digital, experiential, and customer engagement, beyond pure sales or key account management.
* Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit, able to operate both at strategic and executional levels with limited resources.
* Results-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable with financials and P&L understanding.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to inspire and influence internal and external stakeholders.
* Passion for the café, foodservice, or beverage industry is a plus.
