As a registered training organisation (RTO), Fire and Safety Australia is a leader in emergency response and safety training, as well as medical personnel services. Established in 2007, FSA has both training and medical personnel in every state and territory of Australia.
The Role:
This exciting opportunity exists for a Business Development Manager to join the team in Perth, supporting FSA's expansion and growth. You will manage existing client relationships and actively seek new business opportunities across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow a strong client base
* Identify new business opportunities in safety and emergency response training
* Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders
* Collaborate with the National Sales Manager to drive business growth
* Support clients end-to-end, ensuring an exceptional experience
* Work across diverse industries, including Mining, Oil & Gas, Construction, Defence, Government, and Infrastructure
* Travel and business development responsibilities across Perth and regional Western Australia
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, ideally in selling to the mining industry, RTO or safety industry
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Experience using CRM tools, ideally Salesforce
* A proactive, results-driven attitude with a client-focused approach
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Commitment to compliance and confidentiality
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
