Job Title: Video Surveillance Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
* Retrieve and prepare CCTV footage for stakeholders upon request.
* Efficiently record, archive, and retrieve footage to support investigations.
* Audit access rights and user privileges within the CCTV management system on a regular basis.
* Ensure compliance with privacy legislation and internal protocols.
* Liaise with law enforcement and government agencies as required.
* Respond promptly to time-critical requests and maintain detailed logs of all footage activity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience with CCTV systems, network infrastructure, and video management software.
* Well-versed in file transfer protocols, encryption, and storage devices.
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
