Hamilton Indoor Leisure Aquatic Centre is seeking the services of a Duty Manager in a full-time fixed‐term capacity until January 2027.
The Duty Manager is a key member of staff at the Hamilton Indoor Leisure and Aquatic Centre (HILAC). This position is responsible for the delivery of daily facility operations and maintenance, including meeting required regulations and guidelines at HILAC and Council's Outdoor Pools. The role works on a rostered basis, including evenings and weekends, and involves coordinating and supervising lifeguards for HILAC and the Outdoor Pools, supporting the Swim School and Health Club Coordinators in managing bookings, and providing administrative and marketing support to the HILAC Centre Manager and Coordinators.
