What you will do:
1. Servicing and repair of material handling equipment in a dedicated territory and customer base - Help Crown build positive customer experiences
2. Utilize the latest field-based mobile technology to manage your daily work schedule
3. Manage inventory on your company-allocated service van & customer sites - Deliver a professional level of service
4. Gain experience dealing with Australia's top-tier customer base
5. Join the leading forklift service business in Australia - the largest in the country
6. Complete an initial 8-week onboarding and industry-leading training program
7. Perform routine maintenance and complete service work, both reactive and planned
8. Maintain accurate service records of your work

Typical Technician Tasks:
1. Conduct scheduled and breakdown services focused on customer needs
2. Assist in preparing field-based quotes for customers
3. Record service notes and maintain records properly
4. Access advanced training and progression opportunities, including training less experienced technicians
5. Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge, including automation and telematics technologies
6. Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and services
7. Partner with the company to maximize sales and service across your customer base
