About the Role
This dual-role opportunity is perfect for a fresh graduate who would like to make their career in finance while enjoying variety in their workday. You will play a key role in both administrative and finance support, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions in our vibrant office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling a variety of administrative duties, general office management, scheduling, and filing.
* Data entry and document management.
* Assisting with accounts payable and receivable.
* Liaising with suppliers and clients to resolve account queries.
* Providing general administrative support to the director and finance team.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in an administration or accounts-related field is desirable but not necessary, as we are happy to provide training on technical skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* A can-do attitude and a desire to provide excellent customer service.
* Ability to work on-site, full-time, Monday to Friday.
