Job Title: Front Office Administrator
The Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and polished individual to manage the day-to-day front-of-house operations of our office. This includes greeting visitors, answering calls, handling general enquiries and ensuring the office space is tidy and welcoming at all times.
As an integral member of our team, you will provide administrative support to internal teams as needed, assist with event and meeting coordination, including booking rooms, catering and preparing materials.
You will also be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, maintaining office supplies and supporting daily operational needs.
The Benefits:
$35 per hour + Super | Weekly Pay
This is a 6-month temp assignment with potential to transition to permanent, working Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

About You:
Warm, professional and confident managing front-of-house responsibilities.
Previous experience in a receptionist, guest services or office support role.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management.
Friendly communicator with a positive, team-first attitude.
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Event support or coordination experience is a bonus but not essential.
