The Opportunity
We're seeking a driven Senior Account Executive with experience selling to mid-market companies with a hunter mentality. You excel at building relationships, navigating complex deal cycles, driving outbound sales, and converting prospects into loyal customers. Results fuel your drive, and you thrive on winning new business.
* Sales Ownership: Drive the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to demos, negotiations, and closing deals.
* Pipeline & Growth: Build and maintain a high-performing sales pipeline, leveraging outbound strategies, networking, and industry events.
* Strategic Relationship-based Selling: Develop trust-based relationships, tailor solutions to customer needs, and position our organization effectively against market trends.
* Collaboration & Tools: Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Lusha to maximize impact.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* SaaS Sales Expertise: Experience in software sales, excelling in full-cycle deals and value-based selling.
* Proven Outbound Success: Strong track record in prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals across various sizes.
* Mid-market Experience: Skilled at engaging senior stakeholders, influencing decisions, and navigating complex sales.
* High Ownership & Drive: Results-focused, target-driven, with a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and a bias for action.

The Hiring Process
1. Introductory Call: Brief conversation to discuss background and interest in the role.
2. Deep Dive Interview: Detailed discussion (around 1 hour) to explore experience and the role.
3. Assessment & Presentation: Complete short take-home task, present approach to Head of Customer, and complete Gallup strengths assessment.
4. References & Police Check: Provide professional references as part of final evaluation.
5. Final Interview: Conversation with CEO to align on culture and vision.
