Gidday We're AllAces Cleaning & Restoration, and we're on the hunt for a great Customer Service Representative to join our Queensland crew.

What You'll Do
* Be the friendly voice and first point of contact by phone, email and text.
* Book jobs and liaise with clients, technicians, and suppliers.
* Keep job records up to date, help with quotes and reports, and support the admin side of things.
* Help with ordering supplies and basic invoicing.
* Provide behind-the-scenes support for our teams in QLD, NSW, and VIC.
* Be up for after-hours and on-call support on a rotation when needed.
What We're Looking For
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Outlook, Word).
* Clear communicator — friendly, professional, and easy to talk to.
* Top-notch organiser — you keep things tidy and on track.
* A proactive attitude — you see what needs doing and get it done.
* Handles sensitive info professionally.
* Flexible to help the team when the job calls for it (including some after-hours/on-call).
