Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Account Manager, responsible for driving growth and innovation in the NSW market. This role requires strong sales planning and account management skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales objectives.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, with excellent negotiation and influencing skills. They will also be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans with clients, aligning with top-line corporate objectives.
* Drive Account Net Sales results and optimize ROI by managing account investments and negotiating product terms and promotional plans.
* Provide actionable insights by gathering and analyzing financial, sales, and market data, and closely monitoring competitor activity.
* Enhance retailer capability and drive in-store execution of retail strategy and promotional activities.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A current and valid Australian driver's license, as some travelling will be required.
* 5+ years of relevant Account Management experience, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.
* Technical understanding of air conditioning products and industry is highly preferred.
* Proven ability to achieve sales targets, with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
* Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and build strong customer relationships.
* High level of business acumen with a strong ability to communicate effectively across all levels of business.
