About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role in shaping and delivering customer and industry events that bring marketing strategies to life.
As Events Lead, you will be responsible for designing experiences hosted by nbn and those we attend, with a clear purpose to educate, influence and empower customers while enabling our partners.
You will take end-to-end ownership of the Customer team's event strategy and delivery, from investment planning and attendee recruitment through to event marketing, resourcing and thoughtful pre- and post-event communications.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement event strategies aligned to commercial objectives
* Manage suppliers and agencies to execute seamless campaigns
* Evaluate satisfaction and continuously improve outcomes
As a collaborative, confident leader with proven experience in a similar role, you will have guided external agencies at a senior level and feel at ease building strong, trusting relationships across diverse teams.
Your communication is warm and clear; your influencing and negotiation skills are well-honed and you navigate complexity with grace and pragmatism.
