Sales Support Merchandise / Storeperson – Nutrien Ag Solutions - Australia
We are offering a full-time permanent opportunity for a Merchandise and Store Person to join our Parkes branch to support in-store sales of agricultural merchandise products.
About the Opportunity:Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for assisting sales and administrative support, and ensuring orders are received and dispatched for delivery safely and on time.
Tasks are varied and include:
Performing general administrative tasks including stock control and dispatching of goods
Assisting customers with pricing and product queries
Processing counter sales
Forklift operation and on-farm deliveries
Goods dispatch
Inventory control
Maintaining safety processes
Loading and unloading trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders and deliveries
About You:To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment and a passion for Australian farming and agriculture.
You will demonstrate:
A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills
Excellent attention to detail
Effective verbal communications skills to build solid long-term customer relationships
Full driver's licence is required, a MR licence and forklift ticket are advantageous
