The Position
Reporting to the Managing Director, your 24 hour per week role will lead the Quality function at Noble Park. You will guide a small team of department leaders whilst embedding a quality-focused mindset, elevate standards, and deliver meaningful improvements. This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll own the Quality space, drive continuous improvement, and provide actionable insights to support production, supply chain, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* The Quality Manager will lead and drive improvements in standards, processes, and culture while collaborating across Production, Installation, Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
* The team is working to a collective goal and improving as one, it'll be your responsibility to convey this standard across the site.
* Lead, coach, and develop the Quality Structure to achieve high performance and engagement.
* Maintain and enhance site quality systems and practices.
* Conduct root cause analysis and manage non‐conformances, providing clear reporting to leadership.
* Collaborate with Production and Supply Chain to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
* Represent the site externally, ensuring customers have confidence in products and processes.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience insetting up ISO 9001 essential.
* Strong knowledge of QMS systems and documentation control.
* Proven leadership and people management skills – coaching, developing, and inspiring teams.
* Experience in root cause analysis, NCR management, and quality improvement initiatives.
* High attention to detail with the ability to \"peel back layers\" and provide fresh insights.
* Collaborative and commercially mature, able to balance assertiveness with relationship‐building.
* Hands‐on leader who thrives in apositive, team-focused environment.
